Riu Palace Pacifico Review

RIU Palace Pacifico Review

This is a post from Gary who is one of our readers sharing a story from his recent trip to the Riu Palace Pacifico. – sean

This February our Company took 70 people to the Riu Palace Pacifico in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico for our annual awards trip. Our trip in 2010, which was at a high end Jamaica Resort was much more expensive offering great food but poor customer service, this trip to the Riu Palace Pacifico in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico was a complete change. People on this trip commented that each felt that the staff of the Palace Pacifica was sincere and concerned with making our visit as easy and fun as possible.

The resort is about 2 years old and every aspect of the trip was a pleasure. The white Riu Palace Pacifico stood out from the blue waters of Mexico and sparked like a gem in the Mexican coast. The pool was massive with a well run swim-up bar which with the help of bar service waiters served the guest on the large white beach in front of the resort. The location allowed people to walk the beach, take a horseback ride on the beach or meet the local vendors.

The food at each of the restaurants was of the highest quality, coupled by attentive and welcoming waiters, cooks and resort host & hostesses. The Buffet was as good as the specialty restaurants.

The management of the Riu Palace Pacifico must be congratulated for the training of their staff as every one left us with the opinion that this was the best resort we had visited over the last 10 years.
